Description: Painter, teacher, and lithographer, Alfred Fuller (1899-1980)was much associated with Monhegan Island in Maine where he taught during the summers. He also worked out west in Arizona. In the mid 1940s, he settled in Maine, living at Port Clyde and Monhegan Island, where he died.Fuller was a member of the Salmagundi Club, the La Jolla Art Association, and the Laguna Beach Art Association. Fuller has named this stone plate lithograph in pencil, lower left, and signed it lower right. Probably in Arizona, it measures 7x9" and is unframed.
