Description: Produced by APOLLO, circa 1920s this ornate ormolu or brass golden with guilloche enamel dresser set consists of a 14 inch long x 7 1/2 inch round hand mirror with beveled glass, a 10 1/2 inch long x 4 12 inch oval hair brush, with natural bristles and a 5 inch round powder jar with glass insert and down puff. Each piece is adorned with a 1 1/2 inch round Victorian Lady portrait under celluloid. The golden guilloche enamel backs are rimmed with braiding and the handles are beautifully sculpted. They are labeled APOLLO and numbered, the hair brush is imprinted - PURE BRISTLES STERILIZED - the jar is also stamped APOLLO. There is not any tarnishing or any damage. They are all in pristine condition.
