Description: An oil on canvas painting Antonio Maria de Reyna (Spanish, 1859-1937), depicting a Venetian canal view. Signed and inscribed "A. Reyna Venetia" lower right. Spanish Artist Antonio Maria de Reyna was born in Malaga in 1859. He was a student of the Malaga School of Fine Art. Size is unframed. Time spent in Rome and especially Venice proved to be a great source of inspiration to Reyna. He painted many views of the Grand Canal and the basilica San Marco as well as other prominent Venetian sights.
