Description: This is a superb vintage Skirt Ensemble consisting of the outer wool flannel skirt with a silk embroidered hem and an under skirt (slip) of cotton that is beautifully sewn with tucks and a wide bobbin lace hem - both the underskirt and skirt have a fold over waist, the length is 35" long, 20" waist, thought to be late 19th c., - c. 1900 - beautiful fabric, work and detail
