Description: This 24" tall doll buggy is made up of wire wrapped steel frame. The base is actual 13" tall; not counting handle. This Victorian doll buggy is in fair condition with a broken weld on one of the wheels(can be repaired). A nice accessory for an advanced antique doll collector. I bought this from an antique dealer's estate sale.
