Description: A coffin lidded cash or document box made in the 19th century. The box is hand painted and the box itself hand made. Note the rolled latch. Hand painted with tole designs in the German or Pennsylvania Dutch tradition. There are a couple of small dents and some overspray, but the box is sound and the latch works. 4.5x0x4.5 in size.
