Description: PRICE WILL BE REDUCED 1/2 AT TIME OF PURCHASE TO $3400.00!! A Federal period tall case clock, 83" tall, 17 3/4" wide at base, 9" deep. Beautiful crouch mahogany veneers enhance the case of this Scottish antique clock. The face is hand painted with a scene of people sitting around a table with the title "cottars Saturday night" The dial is painted with the names "McKerrow" & "Pathhead", the weight driven bell strike movement strikes on the hour. The clock works and the winding key is included. The case is split in two spots, both on the base in the front and on one side, shown in photo, part of the back of the case has detached from the sides and should be reglued. A beautiful clock for your foyer or that special spot in your home.
