Description: A handsome 1920's five-arm iron chandelier in original, near mint, polychrome finish. It has a scrolled cage body with five, fabulously cast, ships; a lovely foliate detailed top finial; and a triangular, rope outlined shield as a bottom finial. Five flattened chandelier arms spring from the center body and hold simple round wax-pans. The chandelier is in excellent condition. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The overall diameter is 19 ", the length of the chandelier only is 23", and the overall length is 43"
