Description: This is a lovely antique oil lamp that has been properly electrified. The burner assembly has been removed and an electric assembly put in it’s place. No hole are drilled into the glass this way and it can easily become a true oil lamp once more. The heavy cast brass base is marked E.G. Co. 908. The milk glass body has a heart shaped pattern created by small knobs raised. It is then decorated with smaller heart in-between these. It once had a lot of gold decoration but this has worn off over the years. There is a spot that may be a repair to the glass high on one heart. If so it does not damage it’s use or appearance. Without added electric top and chimney it stands 7” tall by 7” wide. Socket and chimney WILL come with it.
