Description: This is an especially cute old mechanical, die cut Valentine's card. It features a happy dog wearing a blue & pink coat and hat trotting to the doghouse. A puppy's head peeks out from th house. The mama dog's collar has a tiny brass clip; this attaches the moving part. When you pull the little dog's head out of the dohouse, the mama's tail wags. There is a watering can in the foreground with flowers in it. The greeting reads: "Just between us two I think a heap of you Valentine!" The front is clean and the colors vivid. It is signed at the bottom of the front, "From Auntie." "Toots" is written in pencil on the dog's forehead. The bottom corners show crease marks, and the back has a light stain in one corner.
