Description: Pair of Antique Gilt-Bronze Sconces in Louis XV Style, Late 19C/Early 20C. The sconces have an armorial mount with three branches terminating in a candle socket. They are decorated with foliage, fruits, and vegetables. Manufacturer unknown. An elegant solution to onerous electric bills.

There is some surface wear in the form of light scuffs and nicks, and wax residue in the sockets. Otherwise a nice working pair for the next dinner party.
