Description: Offered for auction today is this pretty Longpark Torquay candlestick/chamber stick circa 1915 in the Scandy pattern. The colors on this piece are vibrant and the motto reads "Be the day weary or be the day long at last it ringeth to Evensong." It is in good condition considering its age, however there are two chips to the base, crazing is present, and a slight imperfection that probably happened in the glazing process when it was made (see photos). It measures 4 3/8"h x 4 1/2"w at the base. A pretty addition to your collection!
