Description: What a wonderful piece for that special little one or for that special doll collector. This is a hand-hewn cradle made of what we believe is either hard maple or white oak. It has a slotted bottom and hand holds on both ends as well as at the side. There are three brass knobs on each side, each corner is hand dovetailed and the rockers are especially lovely. This has been repaired, as there are screws that now hold the rockers more securely to the bottom. This was already done when we purchased it and so we have no way of knowing at what point this was done. Measures 43 ¾" long, 16" wide and 24" high at the headboard.
