Description: Antique green Chinese ceramic Foo Lion. This is a female foo lion in a seated position with a small cub under her left paw. There is a small hole behind the back of the neck, possibly for an incense stick. The foo lion is decorated with finely detailed bells, head curls and tail. The condition is as shown in the photos. There are several small chips, and losses to enamel. This adds to the rustic appearance and vintage look of this piece. Size/Weight: 10"H x 3-1/2"W x 5"D; 8 oz. The estimated age is late 19th century.
