Antique Gilt-Metal Eclectic Candlestick Lamp
Description: Eclectic Gilt-Metal Candlestick, Made in 19C by Unknown Manufacturer, and Later Converted to an Electric Lamp. The candlestick has a hexagonal foliate base, fluted knop, raised-ornamented stem with two mounted brackets, and petal-form nozzle. A brass rod with two sockets and terminating in an urn-form finial is inserted in the nozzle. The candlestick is mounted to a circular black marble base. Dimensions: 23" High, 6" Diameter. Weight: 7-3/4 lbs. Condition: There is allover tarnishing, some corrosion, and wear to gilding. There is a 1/4" chip to marble base. Cord is cut, so rewiring is necessary. Otherwise good.
