Description:
This fine cigarette case has a rectangular plain shaped form. The case has an enamel panel to the front depicting a female nude tending to a small camp fire at night. The case is fitted with a push fit catch and a plain thumbpiece. The cigarette case has the original silver gilt interior. This fine case is a very good gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent condition. There are minor superficial surface scratches to the enamel and silver in keeping with the age of the cigarette case, otherwise the enamel is in perfect condition. The hallmarks struck to the rim of the interior are very clear. The case is 935 sterling silver. Reflections in photography may detract from the true representation of this item.
