Antique Fukagawa Japanese Porcelain Vase Early 20C
Description: Antique Japanese Fukagawa Porcelain Vase, Early 20th C. The meiping-shaped vase is painted at the front with a purple Iris plant with pale blue leaves. The base of the vase is signed with a four character mark below a small Fuji mountain mark. This lot was recently purchased as part of a large private collection in Manhattan. Dimensions: 4.5in. Diameter, 9.5in. High. Weight: 1lb. 11oz. Condition: There are very few minor glaze imperfections throughout the surface and slight soiling along the base-rim. Otherwise, the piece is in very good condition.
