Description: Antique French Tortoiseshell Mantel Clock Circa 1890 Brown Tortoiseshell veneered case with gilt bronze ormolu mounts. White enamel 3 ¾ inch dial with Roman and Arabic numerals. 2 train movement striking the hours and halves on a gong. In full working order. ref 3425. 14.5 inches high 6.5" wide 4.25" deep. Movement by Maroue, Paris numbered 3398 marked for the retailer on the backplate Harrods Ltd. London S.W. Made in France.
