Description: Antique French Empire Style Mahogany Upholstered Meridienne H=39, W=62, D=25 3/4 An Antique French Empire Style Mahogany Upholstered Meridienne with Fold Down Side – Good Antique Condition – Upholstered Cushion needs some restoration – minor rubbing to wood – Late 1800’s or earlier This elegant antique French Meridienne has a mechanism on the left back which releases the side to a flat position for reclining. The pale gold material bears the Napoleonic wreath and the wood surround and legs are a wonderful mahogany. The feet are castors.
