Description: classic stunning crystal casket accented with sterling silver gilt edges. The rectangular is sleek and stylish with a restrained touch. The gilt monogram on top adds just enough flourish to the French box. The letter “M” in script is noticed first, perfect for all… Madame, Mademoiselle, or Monsieur, voilà! No markings found on the crystal; however the sterling silver gilt edges are marked with the Minerve 1st. Titre mark for .950. I am researching the marks to verify the master goldsmith. Measurements are; 4 ½” X 3 ¼” X 2 ½” high, weight 647 grams. Condition; very good, I find no chips, cracks, or rough edges. Gilt is in good condition, wear in accordance with age.
