Details: All items ship within 1 to 3 business days of payment processing in fine leatherette cases or velvet pouches depending on the item, ready to be presented as a gift.

We charge a 15% restocking fee on all items returned unless we have grossly represented the item, case in which no restocking fee applies. If you decide you are not pleased with your purchase please follow the Return policy . In addition we must issue a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and provide information which in return will allow us to credit your account as fast possible. Also we offer a 30 days exchange privilege for merchandise of the same or higher value than your original purchase. No restocking fees in this case will apply but still a RMA # is needed. All items returned to us for ANY reason MUST BE in the original UNALTERED condition as initially shipped to you the buyer. Any jewelry case, pouch, gift box etc that was part of the purchase it also must be returned to us in its original condition. If item was altered by us at your request prior to shipping, the fee charged for said alteration is NOT REFUNDABLE

A) NOTE ABOUT JEWELRY PHOTOGRAPHY: Pictures of jewelry, specially the ones with precious stones are very difficult to shoot. Very often when these pictures are displayed in a monitor the diamonds show darker than they actually are (some cuts more than others) when the fact is they aren't. Always please check the detailed information provided in the description where we clearly state the classification of the stones as graded by a professional gemologist. If you still unsure please ask us. Metals are very reflective some spots that you might see are just reflections captured by the lens due to lighting conditions and are not in the metal itself!.
It is a generally accepted practice in the jewelry business to inspect and grade pieces under a 3X magnification glass.  Since we use a very high definition digital camera most of our photos are enlarged in a way as if they were under a 100X magnification glass.  Be aware that 99.98 % of potential problems you may see in the pictures definitely can not be seen with the naked eye, 10X or sometimes even under a 30x magnification glass. Occasionally some images might make an item appear to be imperfect when it actually is faultless 

B) NOTE ABOUT PRECIOUS STONES and METALS:  All the precious stones featured in our jewelry are fully evaluated and graded by a professional with over 30 years experience. All stones are natural as mined unless otherwise indicated.
All our Diamonds are 100% NATURAL. They are NOT ENHANCED or TREATED in any way, shape or form.  
Unless otherwise specifically noted the jewelry we offer is of solid precious metal tested for accuracy. Platinum is of the highest quality (normally 950) and gold is 18K or higher although occasionally we might have pieces in 14K gold (18K gold is about 30% more valuable than 14K gold)
We try to describe every offering to the best of our ability without hiding any know defects or flaws. Every piece we sell is guaranteed to be AT LEAST as described, often times will be even better since we are on the conservative side when it comes to classification.
