Description: Antique English Yew wood arm chair c1790. This chair was made from solid Yew wood. Yew wood is strong and one of the most beautiful woods. This chair has a high back, cut out center splat and large bulbous turnings to its legs. Excellent condition. A very comfortable chair for anyone to sit in for long periods of time. Measures 45 and one half inches high to the top of its back,17 and one half inches to the top of its seat, 27 and one half inches to the top of its arms, 22 inches deep and 25 inches to the outside of its arms.
