Item Description:
This is a gorgeous antique English solid oak buffet sideboard. It has 3 smooth operating drawers well constructed with dovetail joinery that have traditional facings with lovely brass handles and fancy hardware, and it features 2 cabinets that have a total of 4 shelves and they have beautiful paneled doors with beveled surfaces and gorgeous floral and scroll caved designs. One of the shelves has what appears newspaper residue but it may me removable if not it can be easily covered with a liner. In addition there is an open shelf on the bottom. One of the drawers has a registration # 391264.
This piece may show age appropriate signs of wear including wood separations but as shown
it is overall in very good cosmetic and structural condition considering its age, circa 1900, and it is strong and sturdy. This beautiful furniture will be welcome in any room you choose to use it in since it blends in well with many decors.
