Item Description:
This is a beautiful antique English solid satin walnut large vanity chest dresser with a mirror. It features a gorgeous back richly decorated with finials, carved decorative pieces, small ring turnings, two convenient shelves and two gorgeous beveled raised paneled surfaces with beautiful floral carvings. It has a large beveled mirror that tilts for your convenience and it has three top surfaces that have very nice finish and even though they may show some age appropriate signs of wear they are in good condition considering their age, circa 1897! This vanity offers five smooth operating drawers that are well built with dovetail joinery and they have traditional raised beveled facings with very attractive brass handles and ornate hardware. This piece may have some age appropriate wear and minor wood separations that aren’t distracting at all, otherwise it is overall in very good cosmetic and structural condition and it is strong and sturdy. It is a very unique piece of furniture that will compliment many style of furniture at home.
