Item Description:
This is a beautiful antique English solid mahogany curio display showcase cabinet. It has a lovely scalloped top surface with a beveled edge and it is in good condition even though it has minor wood dents which are not distracting at all, and it features a beautiful back splash with a gorgeous inlaid floral artwork on its center with attractive scalloped wood accents on the sides. One of the pieces is slightly slanted but it is easily overlooked. The front of this curio has a beautiful carved leaf design on its top with inlaid decorations on the sides and center. The cabinet has three shelves, two which are scalloped, and they are covered with a beautiful beige liner which though it shows some age it is still in very good condition.
The cabinet has two beautiful lead glazed glass doors with lovely stained glass areas colored in green and they have lock mechanism with one key present. On its bottom it has attractive curved brackets with beautiful cabriole-like legs. This cabinet may have some minor wood imperfections but overall it is in very good cosmetic and structural condition for its age, circa 1910. Add a touch of elegance to your home décor with this beautiful piece of furniture!
