Item Description:
This is a beautiful antique English satin walnut Victorian armoire wardrobe closet. It has a gorgeous pediment with a beautiful carved crown on its center and scroll accents with a beveled edge. It has a spacious closet with two metal hanging rods, nine hooks and a towel holder on the door. The door features a large beveled mirror with an attractive handle that turns to keep the door close and its sides are richly decorated with distinguished raised paneled surfaces that have foliage and floral carvings with fluted accents. This armoire has a large drawer on the bottom well constructed with dovetail joinery and it has two beautiful handles with ornate hardware. This piece may show some age appropriate scuffs and scratches and wood separations, but considering its age, circa 1897, it is overall in very good cosmetic and structural condition and it is strong and sturdy. It is a beautiful piece of furniture that will blend in well with many interiors.
