Item Description:
This is a beautiful antique English inlaid mahogany vanity chest dresser with a mirror. It has a beautiful oval beveled mirror that tilts for your convenience and it has a frame that has a lovely inlaid outline. There are two supports which also have inlaid outlines with very unique reeded finials on top. The top surface has a very nice finish with a decorative inlaid design around its edge and though it has some dents and marks it is in good condition. The mirror has some aged flaws but they only validate its antiquity. This dresser offers four smooth operating drawers that are well built with dovetail joinery and they have decorative inlaid outlines on their facings with attractive round brass handles. Two drawers have removable paper covers. The front legs are also inlaid and they have convenient casters. This piece has some signs of wear but overall it is in very good cosmetic and structural condition and it is strong and sturdy. It is a lovely piece suitable with many decors.
