Antique English Gold Bloodstone & Sard Onyx Fob Pocket Watch Key. Circa 1870

The barrel engraved with fine ornate floral scrolls.
The top of the key with Swivelling oval grey Sard Onyx the other side with an
oval Bloodstone engraved in reverse with two initials “HR”
Tested as 15ct gold.
