Description: This gorgeous oak Welsh dresser was hand-crafted in Great Britain around 1920. Over the years, the oak has developed a lovely patina, which enhances the wood's distinct grain and lustrous complexion, particularly in places where tiger oak (quarter-sawn oak) was used. Solid-brass tear drop pulls contrast beautifully with the oak, while the shaped paneling and turned baluster legs look fantastic! With a hutch, two locking cabinets and two drawers (each of which feature hand-cut dovetails), this Welsh dresser also offers plenty of storage space. One of the drawers contains a felt-lined silverware tray that rests in the top of the drawer and which can be removed. There is some minor surface wear (shown in the pictures below) but otherwise the condition of this Welsh dresser is excellent.
