Description: It is our pleasure to offer a truly magnificent antigue German Dresden figurine of an angel with a basket on his back. There are no Meissen swords to the base but expert advice has suggested the strong possibility is that it may well be Meissen. It is definately from Dresden. The painting is wonderful and demonstrates the master's art. Even the fleural decorations are intact, though we believe that there may welol be an old repair to the figurine by the wings and the basket. It may be only that the wings were castr separately and the glue has run slightly. It is barely noticeable but for sake of clarity Iwe thought we should mention this observation. Hence, the low price established on this item.
