Description: This 10-1/4" in diameter Flow Blue plate has a deep cobalt blue decoration of the White House. Marked on the back with an eagle stamp(See Photo - maybe Adams). There are three nicks on the back rim edge(Less than 1/8"). Some typical glaze crazing. A nice Flow Blue plate with a historical landmark. I bought this at an antique dealer estate sale.
