Description: A fine Chinese painting on silk by WuYouHui, dated Spring of 13th year of the reign of Guan Hsu, (1888). Dimensions are: (painting) 17-1/4" wide by 12-1/4" tall.

The signature on the left margin reads: FALL, GUAN HSU 13TH YEAR, PAINTED BY WU YOU HUI. This painting depicts 5 woman (courtesans) dressed in long gowns sitting in a courtyard appearing to be reflecting. The depiction is quiet and resolved. The colors are vibrant yet subtle. The painting is laid on heavy Chinese paper and bordered with silk brocade.

Condition Consensus is Very Fine condition with slight water staining near the left margin. No other injury or repair.
