Description: This is an 8" composition doll dressed in Scottish attire. She has red hair which is coming off, a black velvet jacket and plaid kilt. The tag indicates that she is a Chad Valley Hygienic Toy doll made in England with the Seal of Purity. The back of the tag says The Certificate of the Royal Institute of Public Health and Hugiene has been awarded in respect of "Chad Valley" Toys. A sticker on the tag says that it is by the Chad Valley Company Limited by Appointment Toy Makers to H.M. Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother. Her face and boots show some crackling. She is sold as is.
