Description: Antique Brass Jardinierer, Late 1800s/Early 1900s H=6 1/4, W=13 1/8, D=9 A Repousse Brass and Tin Lined Jardiniere on Paw Feet from France, Oval in Shape – Fair Antique Condition Commensurate with Age – Indentations to Brass – Restoration to bottom – Circa 1900 This repousse brass jardinière with tin liner has ornamentation of stylized flowers, a gadrooned lobed body and stands on four paw feet. The ends of the oval shaped body display stylized lion’s faces with rings in their mouths for carrying the jardinière.
