The cameo is highly detailed and very well defined. It measures 16mm x 12mm and the cameo is in great condition. The lace like filigree of the setting goes down to the shank and gallery. The face of the ring measures 20mm x 16mm, the band is fitted for a size 7 finger (can be sized), and the ring weighs 4.1 grams. Great antique condition.
