Description: In this listing we are offering An Antique American Optical Co. Phorometer Prism Diopters. It is marked as you can see from our photos. It has overall light wear to the black paint and there is some pitting to the surface as well. It needs to be cleaned up and one of the glass lenses keeps popping out. One of the round portions no longer contains a lens and I think it should have one.
