Description: A Fabulous Find! A wonderful Antique 1886 Greenwood Ironstone China Company Milk Pitcher made in Trenton New Jersey. The Greenwood China and Pottery Company was started in 1861 under the name Greenwood China, they ceased production around 1933. They made a variety of products including stone china, dinnerware, restaurant china, door knobs and more. This pitcher has the incised mark that dates from 1886 and was used until possibly around 1910. It is 6 1/2" tall by about 5 1/4" across including the spout, handle has a scrolled pattern and there is a ringed trim around the top and bottom. In excellent condition, no chips and no cracks, it would be a wonderful addition to your collection!
