In this cel, which highlights a scene taken from the movie, we are shown the Beast in his library with a troubled expression on his face. Production Cel: A hand-painted animation cel that was used to create one scene that appeared in a cartoon.

"Traditional animation is a multi-step process which includes various types of art techniques.
