Description: Beautifully engraved Certificate from the famous American Tobacco Company issued in the 1960's. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the Indian Chief, POWHATTON -"Keeper of the leaf", and father of Pocahontas. In 1990, the company's logo was turned to face to the right as a symbol of looking toward the future...not back toward the past. This certificate shows the printed signatures of the Company's President and Treasurer and is over 32 years old.
