Description: This enticing pair of single-arm brass sconces is stunning and is c. 1910. Featuring a shield- shaped back plate, these sconces begin with an immense fire urn, which provides an impressive top finial. Setting just below the urn and curling on either side, one finds elegant draping cast into the back plate. The bottom of the back plate finishes with a stylized rectangular sunburst. Growing out of the bottom of the back plate, a U- curved sconce arm sprouts up to meet an ornately cast, and floret adorned wax-pan and modestly designed candle-cup. The wall lamps are in excellent condition. They have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation.
