Description: Alligator Handbag. Worn Handle. Rich reddish brown color. The bottom of the purse measures 11” X 3” and has four brass feet.The purse is 10” tall with a fold over clasp that is inset with Bakelite. The inside is lined with a light canvas that has a suede finish. There are signs of wear where the inside is “rubbed”.Also included is a silk lined alligator wallet and a small coin purse attached with a chain that is a later attachment and is marked “Artamount Cowhide.” The handle is worn on the outside at the top. Circa 1960.
