Description: Agreement Entered Into By and Between the Pennsylvania Railroad Company and International Assoc. of Machinists, International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers and Helpers, Sheetmetal Workers' International Assoc. A very detailed agreement with rules effective April 1, 1952 and Rates of pay effective February 1, 1961. This is a 237 page book. It is in Good Plus condition with a light amount of cover soil. The pages are clean and brightwith no markings or tears.
