Description: Here is an excellent example of a Dogon horse and rider from Mali. It has some decent age and was axcquired by me from the reknowned Barenholtz collection about 25 years ago. This was a toy collection that was nationally known. A great piece of ethnographic folk art representing a Dogon ancestor. Great surface, not a fake, and a good provenance.
