Description: This is kind of a neat item, one that's not seen too often. It's a puzzle in the shape of a bottle. On the back side it says 'without removing or untying string move tag 'remedy' from right hand loop to left hand loop to bring remedy and madady together'. There is of course other things on the back but it's just a great piece of advertising that has survived the years. Buyer pays s/h/ins.
