We are pleased to list this very Special Offering on the behalf of the Estate of an American Militaria Collector. This is Adolf Hitler's PERSONAL SMOKERS DESK SET and is in Sterling Silver consisting of a Cigarette or Cigar Box, a Matchbox Holder, and a Cigar Cutter. As can be seen by the pictures the Set is in original condition. THE SIGNED HITLER PHOTOGRAPH IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS OFFERING. Each piece carries the Reich Crest with Hitler's initials of A H. This Crest is the 'formal' pattern.... considered to be the most desirable due to the detail work in the Crest....the pattern is done in 'relief' and shows a closed-winged Party eagle with swastika, with the Führer's monogram, "A" and "H" to either side of the wreath. The edges of the pieces are bordered with the GREEK KEY pattern. It is likely that Hitler may have had similar or matching sets at his various residences but if any others still exist the number will few, making this a rare and highly desirable set of ADOLF HITLER NAZI MEMORABILIA.
