Description: Oil on paper attached to backing board, framed. Unsigned. Gallery label attached to frame verso: "Bodley GalleryMadison Avenue New YorkArtist: Inge Price. Title: Cosmo 'F'. Medium: Oil. Size: 2 1/2" x 2"." Dimensions: Paper: 2 1/2 x 2in. Frame: 6 1/4 x 5 3/4in. Weight: 8oz. (Box F) Condition: Darkening to paper throughout. Light soiling to surface paint throughout. Small areas of loss to paper at all four corners, most significantly in upper right corner. Wear to surface paint throughout, including a few minor nicks. Otherwise, good condition overall. Artist's Biography:
Inge Price. Born and educated in Europe, as well as Central America. Settled in the U.S. in 1945. Successful Textile Designer turned Painter in the sixties. Works in a variety of techniques and is well represented in the U.S., Europe and Central America. [Source: ]
