Description: Oil on canvas with wax sealant, unframed. Signed lower right" L. Marelli". Stamped canvas verso: "Handpainted in Italy". Written in ink canvas stretcher verso: "Marelli/IT-2 20 x 24". Dimensions: Canvas: 24 x 20in. Weight: 1lb. 8oz. (Box G) Condition: Surface of the work is slightly dirty. A few minor areas of loss to paint and sealant along left and right edges, more significant along sides of canvas stretcher rather than front of image. A few minor areas of staining throughout surface. One 1/4 x 1/4in. area of loss to surface sealant located 1/2in. from lower edge and 8in. from left side. Otherwise, good condition overall with no evidence of inpainting. Artist's Biography:
