The Package deal are 10 coins. Two coins from each State quarter produced by the US Mint in 2008. One from the Philadelphia Mint, marked "P" and the second coin from the Denver Mint, marked "D".
The states coins included are, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Alaska, and Hawaii. These quarters have been repackaged in small Ziploc bags while wearing collector's gloves.
