Description: 19th century Paris porcelain inkwell, very rare. Seated romantic couple. Damage: broken finger on woman, repaired crack aross top (visible on with very close inspection), rim chip on inner well edge, hairline crack across base. Low and high gloss glazes, mark incised on interior of lid , roman numeral 2 and number 8. Dimensions: 7 inches high x 8.5 inches wide x 6.5 inches deep
