Description: A fine late Nineteenth Century French patinated bronze figural inkstand, circa 1880. The cherubic figure of a boy carrying a basket on his back is crisply cast and retains a deep rich patina. The figure stands between two lidded inkwells and quill holders which are mounted on a flat rectangular base. Condition: very good. Dimensions: H:5" x D:2 3/4" x W: 4 1/8".
